The $110M+ SH16 Lincoln to Westgate project is improving West Auckland’s roading infrastructure to support the growth in the Western suburbs and the increased traffic using the Western Ring Route.
Dirtworks is providing bulk cartage and tipping services for this project. Over the past 2 years Dirtworks has removed 86,000m3 of fill from Downers’ Selwood Road site where spoil is being stockpiled.
In preparation for the City Rail Link running from Britomart Auckland to Mount Eden, a new underground stormwater tunnel is being constructed between Water Street and Nikau Street to replace an existing adjacent pipe that will be in the way of the City Rail Link tunnels.
Dirtworks is carting away slurry spoil from the tunnel boring machine and providing specialist trucking requirements for March Bessac Joint Venture. Dirtworks is supplying 6-wheelers with sealed tailgates to cart the slurry and tipping the spoil at our tipsite in Waimauku.
This $10M social housing apartment project is for Housing New Zealand. It will result in 36 multi-story apartments being built, in 3 blocks of 12, in Henderson.
Contracted by Stead Construction, Dirtworks provided site works for this development, completing the site excavation, access establishment, hardfill supply and placement, as well as remediation of asbestos-containing material.
Dirtworks has removed over 50,000m3 of spoil from Dempsey Wood West Auckland sub-division sites over the last two years, the purpose of which is to provide Auckland with more housing.
Dirtworks provided site work services for WaterCare to establish an industrial yard space at their site in Henderson.
Dirtworks removed 3500T of fill from the 2,500m2 area, supplied and placed hardfill to establish the area for use as a heavy industrial yard space, installed all electrical ducting and lighting poles, and established the accessway to the yard.
